Below are some frequently asked questions we have answered. If the information you require is not here, please do not hesitate to get in contact.
Q - I require the goods urgently - can I upgrade to a next day?
A - Orders are generally dispatched on a next day service as standard. If there is a delay we will be in contact. If you require your order urgently, please just contact us and we will ensure it is prioritised for you.
Q - Can you deliver to Northern Ireland?
A - We can deliver all items on the website to mainland UK address's and can send any items (other than pyrotechnics) to any other address. If you are unsure please look at our shipping page or contact us for a shipping quote.
Q - Do the lifejackets come with cylinders?
A - All the inflatable lifejackets come complete with cylinders and firing heads, making them ready for use straight from the stowage bag. This also applied to other items such as pyrotechnics, liferafts and lifebuoys.
Q - My order is for a present. Can I return it if it is unsuitable / does not fit?
A - Yes. You may return the item to us (at your cost) in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order. If you have any questions on returning an item please contact us and we will be happy to discuss.
Q - An item I ordered is faulty - what shall I do?
A - Please contact us at your earliest convenience and let us know the details of item and fault, and we can discuss the best option available to you to resolve the issue.
Q - Can I take my lifejacket on a plane.
A - Current regulations allow you to take 2 lifejackets and 2 rearm packs on a passenger plane either as hand luggage or in the hold. However we recommend you contact your airline before flying to check with them for their own in house regulations.
